Patricia B. Rodella is one of the founding members of Sitko, Rodella & Bruno, LLC. She concentrates her practice in the area of general business law, with a particular emphasis on commercial real estate transactions. Pat has represented both lenders and borrowers in various financing transactions; and sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in various real estate matters.

Her practice includes representing developers, landlords and tenants in commercial shopping center projects and office lease transactions. She currently represents a regional grocery story chain and various regional developers, primarily with respect to their commercial leasing and retail development projects.

Pat's work in the real estate field also includes the acquisition and financing of commercial properties and documentation of construction projects. She currently represents a national banking association in its real estate lending transactions, including construction and permanent financing of various projects.

Pat began her legal career in 1986 with a major law firm in Pittsburgh. In 1992, Pat established her own legal practice, continuing her representation of general business clients in business and real estate matters.
