Margaret K. Sitko is a founding member of Sitko, Rodella & Bruno LLC. She concentrates her practice in the area of commercial real estate and general corporate and business law. Throughout her career, Maggi has represented a wide variety of clients including financial institutions, real estate developers, retailers, start-up businesses and nonprofit organizations. Maggi began her career as an associate with a national law firm based in Pittsburgh, where she focused on commercial property financing, development and leasing. In 1990, Maggi became the in-house corporate counsel for a major regional wholesale/retail supermarket chain. During the next four years, Maggi had direct legal responsibility for the financing, sale, acquisition and leasing of the corporation’s real estate, and structured real estate and finance transactions and conducted negotiations for a wide variety of business transactions. In December of 1994, Maggi established her own law practice. In 2000, she joined Judy Bruno and Pat Rodella to form Sitko, Rodella & Bruno, LLC. Maggi continues to concentrate her practice on real estate development, financing and leasing. Her client base includes her former employer (a regional supermarket chain), regional and national developers, large banks, small businesses and several nonprofit organizations involved in low to moderate-income housing development projects and other real estate transactions. Maggi counsels her clients on all aspects of purchasing, selling and managing their real estate assets, and guides clients through asset acquisitions and dispositions, as well as a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions.
