Judy Ann Bruno is a founding member of Sitko, Rodella & Bruno, LLC. Judy concentrates her practice in commercial real estate matters. Throughout her career, Judy has represented a wide variety of clients including national and regional financial institutions and developers. Judy began her career with a major Pittsburgh law firm where she represented national and regional lenders and borrowers in various types of financing transactions including real estate workouts. She also represented both sellers and buyers in various types of real estate transactions, and landlords and tenants in commercial office and retail leasing matters. In 1992, Judy became in-house real estate counsel for a national financial institution. For the next four years, she managed the real estate group within the institution’s legal department. In that position Judy structured and conducted negotiations for a wide variety of real estate financing, workout and other transactions. She had direct legal responsibility for all secured lending transactions, real estate acquisitions and dispositions and leasing matters. In 1996, Judy became Vice President and Manager of a division of the same financial institution. In that role, she had direct responsibility for managing the institution’s real estate acquisition and disposition group, retail buildings group, environmental services and real estate tax administration area. Her position included managing a real estate portfolio of over 800 sites and an operating budget in excess of $70 million. Judy joined Maggi Sitko and Pat Rodella to form Sitko, Rodella & Bruno, LLC in 2000. Judy continues to concentrate on commercial real estate matters, including financing, development and leasing. Judy is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, as well as in Pennsylvania. B.S. and M.
